Welcome! I'm Tina Moore, chef and owner of RUNCIBLE SPOON, a Sonoma County catering company specializing in small and mid-sized events. Whether formal or casual, my staff and I will work with you to customize a menu that will suit your occasion and your budget. Special dietary needs or requests are easily accommodated. |
| The preparation and presentation of my meals are inspired by the lush abundance which Sonoma County offers on a year-round basis. Our recipes reflect an interest in the unique and distinctive flavors of various ethnic and regional cuisines. I incorporate locally grown seasonal produce in all of my menus, and I strive to offer cuisine that is not only healthy and delicious but visually enticing as well. I am committed to providing high quality service and a memorable dining experience for my clients. |

Cooking has been my life-long interest, and during the past decade, I have trained in the Culinary Arts Program at Santa Rosa Junior College, at Copia in Napa, and at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. I have also had the good fortune to work with and learn from several fine local chefs, including Bea Beasley and Michele Anna Jordan. In 2003, I took a giant leap of faith and switched careers, retiring from 30 years of practicing dentistry to pursue my culinary passion. |
